Dah membuatnya...terpaksa saya akui 'tiada rasa cinta' untuk membuatnya lagi. Fikir saya kalau nak makan beli je lah, bukannya mahal sangat pun cam kuih2 macaroons yang tengah hangat di pasaran la ni ...seorang anak saya komen, kenapa baulu (yang saya buat) lembap, tak kering gebu seperti selalunya tekstur baulu...apa lagi memang semula jadi sangat kureng suka yang kena bakar satu satu nih...and other reason known to me only..oh yea?
Apa apa pun, sesiapa yang ingin cuba saya letakkan resepinya seperti dibawah.
5 large eggs, room temp.
150 g caster sugar
170 g cake flour
1 tsp baking pdr
2 tbsp melted butter
kuaci seeds - to sprinkle on top
Sift cake flour and baking pdr and set aside. Beat eggs and sugar over low speed for 30 mins or batter thick and creamy. Write letter O on the batter to test the right consistency. Add in melted butter spoon by spoon. Slowly add in flour mixture, also spoon by spoon until batter well combined.
Pre heat oven 180 deg.C & also heat muffin mould in the oven at the same time. Remove muffin mould, brush butter on the bottom and side of each muffin case. Pour batter into muffin mould 3/4 full. Bake 20 -25 min/until cooked.
