Kerana sering juga membeli, so 'bayang-bayangkan' buatannya, tawakal je...

Bila nak mengikat, baru tahu I was really hopeless...SOS kat huby..dia cuba and alhamdulilah, boleh lah walau pun tak kemas sangat.
When come to sizes...semua ada, panjang..pendek, kurus..lebaq...setelah melalui pengalaman membuatnya, I don't think I will do it the 2nd or next time...
Oleh kerana kebetulan ada laici tin, blackcurrent kering dan kulit limau kering saya masukkan ke dalam kuah kastad tersebut...but next time, I must admit here, the orange peel should not be in. The pungent orange skin smell and bitter taste just not suitable with custard taste.
Next was Sira pisang. Masukan juga ubi manis. Saya masukan telur just untuk menambahkan 'rupa' sira pisang.
....and the last batch of pisang > Apam Pisang... Saya guna resepi dari Rima S'pore (lupa nama blog, Ai Bous...sth) , my tq to her.
3 C rice flour
1 C plain flour
2 C granulated sugar
1 pack dry yeast (11 g)
2 C cooked rice (I replaced with a bowl of banana)
3 C water
1/2 grated coconut steamed & pinch of salt
Put all ingredients except the cooked rice and water into a container. Mix well and set aside briefly.
Grind cooked rice with water till smooth. (my case, I blended banana, instead)
Pour rice & water mixture into flour mixture and stir till combined. Let it set an hour. Cover with cling wrap.
Meanwhile heat steamer and lightly oil the moulds. Pipe in the batter and steamed for abt 15 mins over medium heat.
