we bought some....keropok keping/fish crackers?
keppuk..kreppuk...keropok..krepok. gimana sebutan yang sebenar dan ejaan yang sebenar?..lekor..gotel..gote.. gete pun di sebut...yang mana satu..?

the making of keropok lekor...isi ikan, tepung sagu, salt to taste, blend everything together. lepas digentel taut je dalam periuk tu bila dah timbul, ah masak le kopok tu.



Boleh di dapati di mana mana saja...if you travel KB - KT - KB through coastal roads, Mengabang Lekar, Batu Rakit is the pit stop ( as in the pics)...kalau melalui jalan daratan I am not sure of the place sebab dah lama tak melalui jalan ni...


if you're in Kuala Trengganu, Losong is the place..


if you were to travel KT - Kuantan - KT you can get the keropok lekor, both roadside at Kuala Ibai and Marang


di pasar pasar Payang, Chabang Tiga dan Batu Enam pun ada jual keropok lekor dan juga keropok keping


tetapi sekarang ni keropok lekor goreng boleh di dapati di mana mana negeri pun terutama di pasar pasar malam atau pasar tani ....'the goreng one' not the rebus one...

oo not to forget one stall di Bukit Tok Beng, Seberang Takir...kalau sanggup beratur 1 - 2 hrs during public hols especially...saya dah kena a few times...but in time of rushing back home i just get my stock anywhere on our way and as long as it is still TRG made kepok lekor...
