CHOCOLATE ALMOND BUNDT

gelap gelemat...hitam beletum....boleh jugak dinamakan kek dayang senandung..? eeh jahat nya awak...

4 of 4. kek ni le yang paling laku. ternyata anak2 lebih gemar kek kek bercoklat. Bab resepi kek coklat cam cam version resepi boleh kita dapati, cam cam cara membuatnya. kiranya 1001 cara dan resepi lah kewujudannya.. tapi kek yang ini resepinya kali pertama saya cuba...dan kuat rasa ke'almond'nannya. sumber resepi > koleksi buku resepi saya, The Taste of Home Baking Book

3/4 cup butter, softened
1 2/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
2 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup baking cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk

FROSTING
5 tblsp butter, softened
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
3 to 4 tblsp milk
sliced almonds, toasted

1. cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. add egg one at a time, beating well after each addition. add sour cream and extracts, mix well.

2. combine the flour, cocoa and baking powder and salt. add to the cream mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition.

3. pour into greased and floured 10" fluted tube pan. bake at 350 deg.cel for 50 - 55 mins/done. cool for 10 mins before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

4. for frosting, beat butter,sugar and extracts in a small mixing bowl until smooth. add enough milk until frosting achieves desired spreading consistency. spread over cake. decorate with almonds.


bab frosting saya tak buat hari tu, malas nak berbelengas, lagi pun nak cepat, banyak urusan perlu di beresin. kek dipotong kecil2 untuk mudah anak2 'munch munch munch'...bukak mulut suap je..

cukup sudah story pasal kek kek ni muaknya seperti mana kalau banyak sangat memakannya, kan...
