......BERHUTANG



.....not meant to be catchy with the posting title. hakikatnya begitu lah. Buat biskut ni pada hari raya lalu dan ketika tu satu2nya notebook yang ada 'kong', baru je pulih bout 2 weeks ago. But I had bought my new netbook, kecil molek, ringan and handy walaupun ggitu momentum update blog mengikut mode lenggang lengguk mak Limah..

Biskut > Vanilla Kipferl. Sumber Rima S'pore..biskut omputih nih simple2 baik dari segi gunaan bahan2 and bentuknya.. terliur bila tengok biskut ni dalam blog Rima. Tqvvvmuch for sharing the recipe...kesedapan biskut nih bergantung pada ground almond sebagai bahan utama.

Untuk rekod jom kita tengok resipinya. resipi yang ditulis atas kertas boleh hilang ghaib. so next time nak buat lagi boleh la rujuk di sini.

150 g butter
150 g flour
150 g ground almond (white with no skin)
70 g icing sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
2 egg yolk

Soften butter @ room temperature and combine with other ingredients to form a firm dough. Knead a little bit only. Roll out to long strips about 2 cm diameter, cut into equal sections of about 1.5 cm each and form little cresents. Bake in preheated oven @ 160 deg F for 12 mins, or look at the tips turn dark brown.

Once cool, roll in icing sugar.

Makannya...krapp krupp and melts in your mouth.******

Oh btw masa raya haritu sgt syg nk mkn cookies yg satu ni sbb sgt sedap.nk hidang kuih mueh kt tetamu pn kk n mam smunyik kuih nih sbb xnk bg abes heee..masa mkn cookies ni pn berjimat cermat masing2 mkn sket2 supaya there will always be some left for d next day hihi.save d best 4 d last anyways.
